I feel that the a particular senior staff is terrible and staff do not communicate well. I believe they leave patients unattended for long amounts of time and patients' clothes come back stained. In my opinion, they need to wash every resident clothes separately and have care.
I believe they need more staff and more hands on staff to care for those that need it the most.
