Recently I had day surgery at Albany Hospital. I was scared as it was the first time I was going to have a general anaesthetic and I felt vulnerable. The staff were all very professional and so caring. I especially want to thank Estelle, Nadine and Jess, the nurses who took such good care of me. Your kindness, compassion and professionalism was second to none.
