Trying to contact ECH over the weekend but alas, no phone support! Really? During COVID-19, no one on the phone over the weekend. Truly unbelievable, in my opinion!
Needed them in a time of crisis and all I got was to leave my name and number blah blah and I believe with an insane amount of luck, someone might ring me back when they can be bothered. Appalling, in my opinion!
