I have a level 2 with you, was not happy with my original case manager, but since Marnie has become the case manager things are really good.
The only complaint I have is with your rules on your clients not being allowed a choice of who’d we employ or where we can buy our items.
My spouse is with another home care service and I believe is allowed to shop or get services from people they choose, so long as they have an ABN number.
I am not with them, only because I believe they did not have a vacancy.
