I was feeling generally unwell and my blood pressure continued to climb during the day, in consequence quite anxious, so I presented to my local hospital with my spouse at Northampton.
My spouse and myself were very impressed with the nursing staff on duty that afternoon (Mark & Swapna). I felt they both worked together as a team providing multiple tests/obs to ensure nothing was missed & Mark was in constant communication with the ETS doctor. The Nurses' knowledge and professionalism was really appreciated and we felt very safe and confident with the treatment provided.
My spouse and I returned safely home very much relieved and grateful to be able to access our small country hospital knowing the staff working there are "top notch" in my opinion.
