I belong in MGP4. This is my 3rd pregnancy but my 1st delivery here in Australia. I felt very well taken care of all throughout my pregnancy especially during my labour and birth. I was amazed that I was able to give birth without any tearing which means no stitches required and faster recovery.
The midwives/nurses, doctors and even the student midwives attending to me were all doing above and beyond their duty in my opinion. One of the midwives even took care of my baby for 4 hours so I can sleep and rest during the night. I'm very grateful. I felt the aftercare was also commendable; they made sure I was recovering well and baby is healthy. I felt like I was in a private hospital with the level of their care.
