"Treatment by doctor"

Recently, I attended the Spencer Road Family Practice around midday. This is where I had an appointment with a doctor.

I found the doctor to be rude and disrespectful toward me, having told me to get out of their office, leave and require service from another Doctor.

All I did was sit down in their office and explain what my health issue was but I believe as soon as I said that I had a cough, they 'blew their top' and said they are on antiviral medication and cannot afford to get sick, so I must leave now - this is when I tried to explain that I have also been tested for coronavirus and was negative. It seemed they weren't interested at all about me or my health.

I believe this doctor is supposed to be a health professional and care about patients but the way they treated me, in my opinion, was disgraceful, as I left feeling like some sort of leper.

I wasn't put off getting treatment as I have a bad chest infection and was in need of antibiotics so I attended another medical centre where I was treated much better and received the treatment I believe I deserved, which was outstanding and therefore, in the future I will be going there.
