(as the patient),

Recently, I was in hospital for a few days for an operation and the service I received was 5 stars. I appreciate everyone at the hospital that attended to me especially the care I received from nurses Millie, Jack, Nour (student nurse), and Kaitlin.

I am very thankful and really appreciative of their service and care. I feel the hospital should be proud of the staff they have.
