My spouse and I arrived in Busselton for the long weekend, for a long-awaited short holiday.
Late that night, I went to take my heart medication and only then realised I had left it at home. I called the hospital to ask whether I could receive that night's dose as I would be able to have the remaining nights' medication brought to me the following day.
The first person I spoke to was very helpful and very pleasant and advised I would have to present at the Emergency Department (ED). All the nurses and the doctor at the ED were again, very helpful, and in my opinion, sympathetic to my situation and arranged for one night's medication to be prescribed to me.
They did all this in extremely quick fashion. Their service and demeanour were second to none. Having recently had an unpleasant experience at a Perth hospital, it is terrific to see the excellent service in a regional hospital.
I apologise for not having their names but if you are able to work out who they all are, please pass on my thanks.
