Recently, I was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital after my specialist Dr Abraham found the main artery in my heart to be 99percent blocked.
In this time of COVID-19 and the routine of admitting patients into the emergency section of this hospital, I feel I was given excellent attention and service. It was blatantly obvious, the tough job all staff had to endure. As the expletives and vitriolic abuse from, in my opinion, an oxygen thief was broadcast to people, attempting to help one patient next to where I was waiting to be admitted to the cardiac ward before surgery.
In the theatre, I was so grateful for a brilliant surgeon and staff all working in unison to make my procedure an outcome of success. The banter and characters of people in this department continually put my mind at ease. In the cardiac ward, the Dr's and Nurses all showed great merit, intent and worthy purpose, in my opinion. I feel the devotion was more than just a job, but a real vocation unsurpassed.
The care, laughter, fun, smiles and dedicated display by Dr Nic... my memory alludes his surname. Nurses Tash, Leo, Vinnie, Jake, Mohandas and many more I can't recall names to faces, are an example to being above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion. I am grateful for everything and want a testimonial of gratitude known and such champions granted the accolades deserved.
Many thanks.
