(as the patient),

I recently had an episode of severe chest pain needing an ambulance - I was given the option of going to another hospital or RPH EDs, and chose the latter. I was treated with the utmost care and respect, and cannot speak highly enough about my treatment. Very professional and efficient staff who attended to me made my stay much less stressful than I expected. Five stars in my opinion.
