"Referral process"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Cardiology, CCU and Ward 4D

(as the patient),

A referral was sent to cardiology early this year. They sent me a text saying the referral had been accepted and an appointment will be sent soon.

Recently, I went to the cardiology and asked when I was getting an appointment. They said the doctor has decided my problem is not worth looking at. I asked why they have not told me and the staff member just looked blank.

I have a Pacemaker. The referral said I was suffering from chronic fatigue and dizzy spells and extreme high and low blood pressure, but I am not worth looking at or calling to tell me.
