"Unprofessional staff member"

About: Katanning Health Service

(as a service user),

I had an appointment with a clinician at Katanning Hospital.  The appointment was going well, it dragged on a bit but it was ok, until a staff member made a rude comment regarding the care my family were receiving from our specialist doctor. 

The comment was along the lines of that the doctor doesn't do their job. My doctors, both GP and specialist, have all my trust. I trust them with my family's care, I trust what they say. 

In my opinion, this staff member's comments were out of line and rude and were uncalled for. 

I have lost faith, trust and respect for this person. I believe it is unprofessional to bad mouth other health professionals and your workmates.

I trust my doctors over any other health staff because they have specialist training and education. 

I hope that the clinician and their team is made aware of this and that they are all held responsible for their actions. I feel this is unprofessional and they should be supporting each other.
