About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as the patient),

I had a second fall on my knees so I haven't been able to walk. I recently just started the Rehab in the Home program and have found it wonderful. Cathie came out and was extremely helpful, she did the full assessment and we talked about aims.
