I was extremely pleasantly surprised. From the moment I approached the emergency desk and the multiple people who I interacted with along the way.... to the final point of contact with Megan and Mark who saw me in the Fast Track area... I was so pleasantly surprised.
I believe everything felt much more humane, compassionate, and also very importantly competent and efficient. Thank you! Big improvement in my opinion...
