"Grandparent's care"

The staff at Milton House (operated by Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service) at Miles, Qld are outstanding in my opinion. We never called ahead, we would just turn up to visit my grandparent and were welcomed with open arms.

I felt all of the staff treated my grandparent with respect and were very caring and warm. My grandparent was, in my opinion, always well dressed, clean & well fed. I felt the staff were always forthcoming with information on my grandparent and sent family a newsletter with updates & photos on what the residents had been doing. It is evident that the staff care is very professional. We could not be happier about the care my grandparent received in their 5+ years at Milton House. Thank you.
