"My day procedure"

About: Yarra Ranges Health

(as the patient),

I had a relatively small procedure done at the Eastern Health Clinic in Lilydale.

Given what I had done was not major, the staff made a fuss of me as though it were. They all inspired by making me welcome, well informed and comfortable, especially the consultant surgeon.

I am very appreciative of what everyone accomplished.

It was so nice to read how the entire team contributed to making your experience the best it could be. The staff at Yarra Ranges Health have the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility front of mind and demonstrate these each and every day. They are a great team and I am so proud to have them working for Eastern Health!

It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the team and their managers so they see first hand the impact they have had.

I trust you have recovered from your surgery (no matter how 'small') and you're back doing all your normal activities!
