"Hypnobirthing course - 100% recommend"

I did this course through WACHS. Definitely recommend this course. Initially, I was not confident or looking forward to labour but after doing this course it has made me feel excited and confident about birth and has provided me with a more open frame of mind and coping strategies for birth.

100% recommend - great class and the presenter, Kasey was fantastic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences on Care Opinion.

I am pleased that the strategies and tools provided through the antenatal classes have given you some confidence about birthing your baby. It is such an exciting time and made all the more reassuring to know you are prepared for the journey ahead. We are very fortunate to be able to run such a comprehensive birth class, and Kasey’s knowledge and passion play a large part in that. I will ensure that your kind words are passed onto her.

I wish you and your family all the best for your future ahead and I am sure that the tools learnt during the classes will continue to be useful as you navigate the next chapter into parenthood.
