"The way they communicate with me"

About: Croydon Community Health Centre

(as a service user),

I dropped in during business hours and have been told that I cannot go there, I'm not sick enough and to go practise skills that are not helpful to you.

I do not like the way they communicate with me. The fact I believe that they are under-funded is not my fault. They can say that they are too busy to take care of me but they should not blame me for not being sick enough and going there for help. By saying that, in my opinion, they are sending the following messages:

1. I am not worth saving and you should go die;

2. I am fine and I'm pretending to be sick for attention;

3. I have to engage in self-harm or suicide to prove that I need help;

4. A high function patient is not a true patient.

Go admit that in my opinion, you cannot take care of patients instead of blaming patients. If it is up to me, I would not have mental health issues in the first place.
