Recently my elderly relative visited BUPA North Rocks Aged Care for Respite Care. I oversaw their transfer after a lengthy stay in hospital. On arrival, I immediately felt very comfortable and confident that they would be given the best and most considerate of care.
The facility is in a leafy, pleasant area, all buildings are spacious, light and airy and meticulously clean. The food and its presentation are excellent and a good variety of dishes and portion sizes is available.
I found the staff from all areas very helpful, courteous, kind and understanding. Particular thanks must go to the senior business administrator, Anne Maree, who is a wonderful source of information and assistance, with her can-do attitude when it comes to navigating the resident admitting process, especially if there is a possibility of the client becoming a permanent Resident in the future. Very impressed.
