(as the patient),

I recently presented to Esperence Emergency Department with anaphylaxis. It was my first experience being so unwell and I was quite frightened as I couldn't breathe properly.

Upon walking through the door I was greeted by the triage nurse, Emily, who took me straight through to a bed. Within a few minutes, Dr Jason assessed me and Emily gave me a jab of adrenaline. I felt so much better within 15 minutes and was discharged with my Epi-Pen script and all required paperwork later in the evening.

I want to extend my thanks to all of the ED staff, particularly Emily & Jason for their fantastic care. You were very reassuring and efficient, making my experience much more pleasant than it could have been!
