Long wait

"Long wait"

About: St George Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

Waited in the paediatric emergency for hours to be seen by the doctor. The doctor only saw 1 patient I believe, in an hour and a half and in my opinion, spent the rest of the time either on the computer or talking to the nurses about their days off they had. 

Extremely disappointed that we could have been seen during this massive waste of time.

I was very sorry to read of the long wait you experienced and understand the frustration that must have caused.
