"Well cared for"

My mum had dementia and required full-time care. I had moved from Newcastle to care for her but after 2 years it became obvious she needed 24-hour monitoring and help that I was unable to provide at home.

I contacted a number of facilities in the area but I felt this was a place she would be well cared for. Mary was wonderful and helped our family through the process. The facility was always very clean and the staff caring and sympathetic to her needs.
