The support I received from Ali after the birth of my baby was invaluable. 

She was always available at short notice and even came around to the house to help when extra support was needed. My baby was born during the height of the Coronavirus and I feel that without the help of Ali, it would have been an extremely difficult time for my husband and I.

My experience at Esperance Community Health with the other nurses has also been great. My babies first round of immunisations were really easy for us.  I appreciate all of the support we have gotten from everyone in the office.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your recent experience with the Esperance Community Health nurses, particularly Ali. I am glad to hear you have felt so supported by the team.

Ali is a caring and compassionate person and like all, our Community Health Nurses are very aware of the importance of taking time to ensure that parents have all of the relevant and up-to-date health information and support to enable them to care for their babies and give them the best start in life.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for many and I can only imagine this was heightened for you and your husband with a new baby! We endeavoured to ensure our services were still readily available to families during that time and I am glad to hear your experience was positive.

Thank you to both yourself and your child for your commitment to this important health program. I will ensure that Ali is aware of your kind feedback.
