Recently, I had to get COVID swabs at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. I was blown away by the staff. The wait was a little long but the gentleman (sorry I forgot your name) that was bringing everyone into the waiting room had an incredible energy and kind presence. The lovely nurse that took my swabs was extremely caring and empathetic. Everyone was kind, friendly and had a smile. I think all the staff working in the COVID centres should be highly commended.
