My child recently had hand surgery at Sydney Eye Hospital. The whole process was seamless. Prior to the surgery, the staff in the hand clinic were efficient and professional. The staff in the Day Procedure Unit and in theatres were wonderful and made my child feel comfortable and assured throughout the whole process. In particular nurse Jill used her good humour and warmth to ease any anxiety my child had. I was equally impressed with the nurse unit manager Kelly who was visible within the ward and introduced herself to my child. Overall a positive experience.
