(as a relative),

I could not be happier with the service my parent and I received at the Urology unit at Prince of Wales hospital. The kindness all staff showed to me was exceptional. All nurses and doctors we saw, especially Maurice, were outstanding. Being apprehensive about the procedure, all my fears were immediately resolved once we were attended to. I felt complete confidence with all staff. They were patient and answered all questions in a manner that we could understand. I believe they all deserve to be recognized for their efforts.
