"Midwife Group Practice - Continued Care (MGP4)"

About: King Edward Memorial Hospital / Community Midwifery Program

(as the patient),

We had an excellent experience with MGP4 at King Edward's. The guidance and support Holly and Sarah provided us with during my pregnancy was incredible. I felt empowered, informed and at ease. More importantly, I was treated like a human with dignity and respect.

The continued care helped us establish a deep and personal relationship. As a first-time mother in a new country during a global pandemic with a fear of hospitals, I felt safe in their presence. Thanks to Holly, Sarah, and Maddi, my pregnancy, labour and delivery went better than expected. I could have never dreamed of having such a beautiful experience. During the labour Sarah and Maddi exhibited so much skill and grace. I would highly recommend and can't thank MGP4 enough.

Dear concharosa,

Thank you for providing me with your feedback regarding your experience with the Women and Newborn Health Service (WNHS) Midwifery Group Practice model (MGP). Congratulations on becoming a first time mother, what an exciting time for you and your family.

I am so pleased to hear that you had a beautiful delivery where you felt safe and respected. I will ensure that Holly, Sarah, and Maddi are provided with your feedback.

Congratulations once again.
