My relative has been there for a few months. Their attitude has become much more pleasant even with the lockdown in place. I am very impressed with the level of care they give my relative. They have been at other nursing homes before The Vale, now they are a changed person and happy... it seems they treat the clients as family.
It is very well set up for wheelchair as only 1 story, so zero lifts. The staff are well trained. I am a grumpy old person and expect the best, which they do provide. I am fully aware one cannot keep everybody happy but they go that extra distance which is nice to see in today's world.
