Not long ago, I birthed a sleeping baby boy. The hospital were aware I was coming in and they done so much to make me feel at ease during the very sad and traumatic experience.
The fantastic midwife, Jessica, should be recognised for her amazingly genuine compassion she gave me during the birth. She respected my wishes and was so compassionate and I’ll be forever grateful for her care. She came to check on me a couple of times before I left and that made me feel like she truly cared about my well-being. I wish I was better at articulating how I feel, but I do hope that Jessica’s amazing work ethics don’t go unnoticed. She’s a true angel.
Also, all the other midwives on at the time were amazing. They cried with me, held my hand and hugged me. You can tell they have a true love for their job because I believe you can’t fake those emotions.
I wish everyone the best, and thank you once again from the bottom of my heart.
