"Looking forward to coming back for our next"

My wife and I would like to thank all of the staff at Wonthaggi hospital. 

There is a sense of family and support here at Wonthaggi that's hard to describe. We, unfortunately, had a baby during the COVID-19 restrictions and we were, unfortunately, unable to have the support from our friends and family.

This was a major concern to us prior to the delivery but I have to say during our visit we didn't have this feeling whatsoever, from fantastic meals to the constant support that was tailored to our needs, nothing was ever too much to ask. This support was at every level, from the midwife's, anaesthetist, doctors, cleaners to the department managers.

All of the midwives would either call in (from home) or stay back in their own time to make sure our daughter and we, were okay. I could go on forever but I'm sure you get the picture.

I suggest if you are looking for a hospital to have your child, especially first, don't look any further. We are looking forward to coming back for our next.
