"Poor service provided by carers"

After almost a year of being on a level 3 My Aged Care Package with Carinity North, I almost had a nervous breakdown. Carers arrived late, left early but I believe they signed the book for the full time ripping both me and the government off. Carers on Social Inclusions drove like hoons in my opinion and I believe did not know the road laws. Carers, in my belief, constantly broke mop buckets, scratched furniture and timber floors, washed dishes but food still stuck to plates, took me shopping but waited in the car so I had to shop unassisted. When I complained I was punished.

A few weeks ago I had cataract surgery and needed post-op care for 2 weeks. Instead, they sent me an email abruptly, I felt, ending my services with them and left me in the lurch with no care at all. Also, they did not let me spend much money on goods.
