I took my child to the Emergency Department recently, after they decided to grind metal without wearing goggles! We were met by Val, the Triage Nurse, with a smile and good humour. She completed a thorough assessment with efficiency and the clerical staff had my child registered in no time at all.
As there were a number of patients waiting and limited space owing to physical distancing, they were happy to take our mobile number, which meant we could enjoy some time in the sun in the Domain.
Dhiren, the eye Doctor who assessed and treated my child, was extremely professional, caring and clearly very experienced in my opinion. After some Workplace Health & Safety education on DIY at home (which backed up the mother's rant beautifully but in a far more effective manner!), he extracted the metal effortlessly. Thank you, Val and Dhiren for a very professional, expert, caring and good-humoured encounter!
