"Cheeky Chimps"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Allied Health Outpatient Service

(as a parent/guardian),

My young child & I attended Cheeky Chimps at the Busselton Hospital. The program was to get children with special needs ready for Kindy for the following year.

We participated in short, structured activities that mirrored what we would be doing at Kindy. This was great to have insight into how my child would cope at Kindy and what we needed to try and put more time and effort into before they start school.

The organisers and therapists were absolutely awesome. It was organised well and it seemed the kids were interested and had lots of fun. We enjoyed the program and it was so great for my child's development and also to help put my mind at ease about them attending Kindy next year.

Dear lepuszq78,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Child Development Service programmes we provide in Busselton.

The child development team work hard to provide services that are engaging, meaningful and helpful for the children and families we see.

I will let the team know of the benefits this group has had for your child.

Kind regards,

Kirsten Bosich

Child Development Service Manager
