I'd got a bit of metal in my right eye at work in the middle of the week. I couldn't feel anything until I went to sleep. I left it for another 2 days, not particularly keen on the idea of someone having a fiddle with my eye and such.
However, 2 days later it was still an issue so we sucked it up and went into the Sydney Eye Hospital. Rocked up waiting, triage nurse, all the good things. It's late in the evening and they call me up.
DR Chiron. What a bloody legend. Turned what could have been a horrible time (what I was expecting), into a really nice time. Don't get me wrong, he was really poking around my eye but I had total confidence in him.
An absolute cracker of a bloke.
Turns out, he's staying back to squeeze me in so I don't have to wait, who knows how long. Absolutely made my weekend.
TLDR: Dr Chiron at the Eye Hospital in the evening was absolutely exceptional. Give the bloke a raise in my opinion.
"What a legend"
