"A wonderful staff member"

I took my elderly parent to the Pathology at Kerang hospital a few weeks ago. There was a woman – Marie – I just wanted to say she would have to be the most efficient expert and was just really damn good at her job in my opinion. I have taken my parent to so many pathologies in Melbourne and it is always difficult for them to find a vein. But Marie just didn’t have one bit of trouble with finding my parent's vein and she made them feel at ease. She was pleasant and calming, and it was over in 3-4 seconds. Very well done.

I went in recently for a blood test myself and I saw Marie again. She was so efficient, very confident and there was no messing about. It seems she knows what she’s going and I believe she’s an asset to the hospital.
