I was treated at Box Hill Hospital oncology where the oncology staff are wonderful.

I was weak and lacking in energy after months of chemotherapy. Working through telehealth because of the COVID-19 lockdown, my super-excellent physiotherapist, Germaine, set me an exercise program tailored to my capabilities and needs. This was reviewed in a weekly session and my program adjusted. Now, after the 8-week program, I feel much stronger and energised.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to share these comments regarding your positive experience with Germaine, the physiotherapist who supported you to gain greater strength at a time you needed it so much.

We have a wonderful team of professions who have adapted very quickly to continue to support people during the pandemic and I couldn't be more proud. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with Germaine and her manager so they see the impact their efforts have had on your health and well being.

The Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility were clearly applied to your care - again another aspect I am very proud of.

I hope you continue to go from strength to strength from the support you received and are in the best of health.
