"Thanks to all the amazing staff at the Austin"

I would like to thank all the staff in ED, short stay and radiology at the Austin. As someone who’s had their fair share of hospital stays/visits throughout my life, to say the nursing staff, doctors, radiographers and PSA staff went above and beyond, would be an understatement. I believe they’re all putting huge hours in, extra precautions to ensure we’re kept safe, not only that but made sure I was comfortable and had company throughout my visit - with the restrictions, there are no visitors allowed in.

Having gone in with chest pains, they made sure nothing was too much trouble and not at any stage was I left to feel anxious or uneasy. With everything going on in the world right now, it put a huge smile on my face that throughout a global pandemic, our frontline workers are not only dealing with their own daily unknown but making it a priority that their patients are made as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all the amazing staff at the Austin ❤️
