"Recent admission to Colyer Ward"

About: Armadale Hospital / Colyer Surgical & Medical Ward

(as the patient),

I receive treatment in Colyer Ward for my complex health issues.

I have been admitted previously and have had this amazing night Nurse (Donna).

All the Nurses are generally lovely & helpful on this Ward. But Donna is the most empathetic, professional & truly lovely Nurse I have ever had caring for me.

She has gone over & above in her magnificent care of me.

Please, ensure my feedback is passed onto your Executive Director directly so that she can acknowledge Donna for the exceptional job she has does. Plus please appreciate what a truly amazingly skilled lady you have in your employ.

Thanks kindly Donna. You have made my Hospital experience a much more positive experience due to your magnificent care.
