I suffer from an inoperable health condition. It causes me severe pain & nausea. This requires admission to Hospital on occasion, namely Colyer Ward @ Armadale Hosp,
I have been admitted to Colyer Ward three times this year (2020). It’s where I was assigned RN, Pauline, to oversee my care (on all three occasions).
Pauline is such a gentle, positive & pleasant young lady. She displays a maturity beyond her years.
Pauline is professional & competent at all times. She also has a really wicked fun side & sense of humour. We’ve shared many belly laughs & she just makes you smile.
It’s been amazing for me to have such a reassuring, competent person beside me. As a patient, this is really important as it relieves any anxieties you may have & makes you feel safe.
Please acknowledge Pauline for the very special care she gives her patients. She continually goes over & above. I feel this is more than just a job for her. It shows through. She has an amazingly gentle gift & a really empathetic way about her.
These attributes are why she’s such an exceptional Nurse. Plus what an asset for Armadale Hosp!
Pauline thrives in her chosen area of expertise. I would expect her to progress through the ranks steadily. One day I believe that she will be seen as a friend & mentor to her future colleagues.
Thank you kindly Pauline - just for being you!
Kind regards
