"Wrong description of CT scan report"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I am a patient of Box Hill Hospital, have been diagnosed with colon descending cancer and had surgery earlier this year. The CT report which they did in the morning on the day of the surgery, I believe there were some mistakes about the tumour location and description. I just found out the mistake when I went back for review with the surgeon doctor a few weeks ago, I am very upset about the report and worry if the other reports also had any mistakes.

I am looking forward to the reply about this issue!
