Everybody has been fantastic. Great service in my opinion. My first time having eye surgery and I was a bit apprehensive about it, but the team made me feel very comfortable.

Thank you to the whole team - Dr Matthew and Dr Vee, Lesley-Anne and Sydney - and all the others who were so lovely.

I know that eye surgery can be quite daunting so I am not surprised to hear that you felt apprehensive. I am so pleased that the team in Derby were able to make you feel safe and comfortable and that the surgery went well.

I will make sure that Matthew, Vee, Lesley-Anne, Sydney and the rest of the team learn of your compliment. We are so proud of the team we have here in Derby and it is always wonderful to have an opportunity to thank them for their hard work, dedication and empathy.
