Our ante-natal classes were held via Zoom, run by Kasey who is based at Bunbury health campus. 

These classes are so good, I cannot recommend them highly enough.  The hypno-birthing content is really useful for learning to relax and trust my body and my baby to give birth.  I'm confident and excited about giving birth and so grateful for all the strength, knowledge and inspiration this course has given me.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us through Care Opinion. As a first time Mum, everything can be particularly overwhelming and I am thrilled that the antenatal classes have given you confidence and strength in yourself and your body... to do exactly what it needs to do in order to give birth.

I know the strategies you learnt in the class will also be useful as you navigate parenting, also an exciting part of the journey.
