Dear Monash Health, thank you for, in my opinion, kicking me out of the hospital after still having chest pain and without medication as well.
Once I questioned that I need meds, your staff at emergency temp accommodation advised me to visit my local GP. I advised my local GP is not working on the weekend, to which they told me, ok just to get panadol. I asked the nurse to put that on my release paper, they said, why? I advised so I have a record to know what to take. It seemed the nurse become angry, advised, why you doing this? I said because I feel not safe going home without meds and still with pain.
Monash Health nurse in Dandenong I believe said to me, don't make me call the security, they will break your arm and kick you out. I do understand that you get all sort of people in there but I feel I was no threat to your staff, I only asked for my rights.
In my opinion, some of your staff there run a regime and when questioned, they get upset, trying to kick people out when you could not find out what's wrong with them. I'm still in pain at home and having issues with chest pain and breathing. I feel afraid of returning back to your hospital.
"Horrifying experience"
