(as a relative),

My spouse was recently taken in an ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). I just want to congratulate and commend all the staff on that night in Emergency. So polite and helpful.

Thank goodness my spouse was ok and didn’t need admission, but from start to finish all staff treated us with care and respect, were helpful and did it all with a smile on their faces. Well done RPH.
