(as the patient),

Howard from the Occupational Health team at Esperance Community Health, came to my home to perform an ACAT Assessment. He was supportive, courteous and knowledgable. Howard encouraged me, gave me a sense of hope and expectation that there were measures which he felt he could implement around my home, to improve my quality of life.

I am very happy and appreciative for the manner in which I was treated and am especially grateful for the prompt modifications which have been carried out at my house, by the OT team.

Thank you for your kind feedback about the support you have received from Howard and the Esperance Occupational Health team. I am glad to hear that your home is being modified in a way that will help you now and into the future.

Howard, as with all our Allied Health staff, is dedicated and committed to supporting clients as best he can. We recognise that being in your own home is important for clients and we strive to enable clients to function independently, whether this be via environmental modifications or support and education to clients and their families.
