Terrible in my opinion. I felt the nurses were not caring and more than four hours wait! I felt it was a disgrace!

Thank you for taking the time to let me know of the long wait you experienced in our Emergency Department recently. I would like to apologise for the lengthy wait and the frustration this must have caused.

It saddened me to read that you felt the nursing staff were uncaring. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the Nurse Manager and Director of the Emergency Department to be discussed with all staff. I do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback as it assists us to improve the service we provide.
