(as a relative),

I just wanted to acknowledge staff of Tallwoods Corner for the care shown to our parent during a period of respite care following injury and hospital. Getting information and admission was straightforward. Nursing staff, in particular, were courteous and professional in answering inquiries, and in facilitating discharge to a rehab facility. I wanted to thank you kindly for your authentic and genuine opinion of your and your parent's experience with Tallwoods Corner Aged Care. I am really grateful to be able to pass on the positive reinforcement to all staff for their care and compassion provided that has been individually recognised.

It was our pleasure and privilege to care for your parent during their respite stay and we are so happy they were able to regain the strength needed in order to move on with further rehabilitation. Should you need our services in the future you know where to find us.
