"Pain Management Program"

I am very grateful and happy that I was able to participate in the pain management program at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. I found the program extremely helpful and insightful, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed every aspect of it.

I cannot remember what it feels like to be pain-free as I have lived with chronic pain for several years and it has been very difficult to accept that this is my life now, but thanks to the program I feel more accepting of my condition and more positive about my future.

I cannot thank Tony, Skye, David and Josephine enough for their dedication, guidance and support right throughout since I joined the program. The whole team is amazing, full of knowledge, understanding and compassion and I will miss their individual expertise. They kept me motivated and hopeful, and helped me realise and understand that I can better manage my pain and I can take control of my life again despite this ever present pain.
