"Why I came and the doors about myself it opened"

I originally came to LLW as a court order condition in the restoration of my children. Even though I had had nearly 4 months clean time off my drug of choice before I had arrived, I've learnt so much doing the programs here and learnt tools to help me with my continuing journey in recovery.

I realized that even though my main objective of coming into LLW was to get my kids back, I have also learned so much about myself as a person and the person that I want to be.

My tf Branka has made me realize that a lot of what I was holding onto was what was making my thoughts toxic and helped me use tools to gain my self-esteem and self-confidence back and I no longer have self-doubt or negative talk about myself.
